Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026. This policy explains what this Sabre Red Web training workspace records, why it records it, and what happens to it afterwards.
What we collect
When you submit the sign-in form, we record exactly the values you type: your Sabre ID, the PWD field, your PCC and the authenticator code. Nothing else is collected from your device, and there is no advertising or tracking code on this site.
Why we collect it
This workspace is a training replica, not a live booking system. Each sign-in attempt is reported to the instructor running your session so they can see who has completed the exercise and step in when someone is stuck. Tracking your progress through the exercise is the only purpose.
Where it goes
Attempt details are emailed to your instructor and are never used to sign in to a live Sabre system. We do not sell, rent or share the details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Sign-in notifications stay in your instructor's mailbox and are cleared when the training period ends. Practice entries are never added to a customer record or a live booking.
Your choices
You never have to enter real credentials here. The exercise works with a practice Sabre ID, a practice PCC and any six-digit code. If you would like a record corrected or removed, ask us and we will take care of it.
